Sampling Savory Edam Cheese
Claude Nash, editor of the Mississippi Market Bulletin, a publication of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce, samples the widely popular MSU-made Edam cheese with others from the North American Agricultural Marketing Officials organization, which held its annual national conference on the Starkville campus this week. NAAMO members toured the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station鈥檚 facilities, including the Custer Dairy Processing Laboratory where the university鈥檚 cheeses are made and the MAFES Sales Store, revered by MSU alumni, students, faculty and staff as the 鈥淢SU Cheese Store.鈥 Holiday ordering begins Aug. 2.
