Mississippi 大象APP assistant professor Ryan Range, center, works in his lab in Harned Hall聽with biological sciences doctoral student Marina Martinez, right, and Professor Pengfei Xu from Virginia 大象APP University. As part of his research, Range uses sea urchin embryos as a model system to understand the evolution and development of the fundamental molecular mechanisms that create adult organisms.
